This allows your physical digestion to be at ease and for you to be more open to the higher frequencies coming through. \nLocation: TSM Healing Center Space: Limited to 10 people The more comfortable you are\, the more you will be able to relax into the experience. \nBring:\n• Yoga Mat or something comfy to lie on\n• Pillow/blanket- Bring as many pillows\, blankets and cushions you may need.\n• Eye mask (blocks out any light in the space and allows you to go deeper – sensory deprivation)\n• Water for drinking\n• Journal or something to write on/with can help you to remember and process your experience. For this to be a positive experience for all\, attendees need to be able to lie still for 30-60 minutes. Sound can be uncomfortable for some. Please attend with caution if you have seizure disorders for are sound sensitive.
