Change the behavior that’s sabotaging you on a daily basis

Let’s face it.  We’ve all been programmed one-way or another whether you are aware of it or not.  What you know consciously is only 5 % of your awareness and the other 95% of your behaviors are controlled by subconscious belief and behaviors.

The First seven years of our lives is all about absorbing everything around us without any effort.  In other words, the first 7 years are spent in a hypnotic trance.  It's like a video camera watching our parents; we watch the behaviors of the mother, the father and the siblings.  What's happening is we are observing behaviors, which are now downloaded to our subconscious part.  

When we reach 7, we start to become creative with consciousness because we now have database.  But now, what's the significance?  70% or more of download programs before the age of 7 are negative, disempowering and self-sabotaging.

You would then ask…if I don't like my way of thinking, what could I do about it?  Easy…cancel your negative thoughts!  Great, “How do I do that?”

There is another technique, which you can do when sabotaging thoughts and behaviors arise.

Consciousness

Habituation

Habituation is the primary way of programming.  Repetition.  When you stop the behavior that is not serving you and observe that you’re doing it…THAT’s the moment of freedom. 

When you see that you’re doing it, that’s the moment you say, “Stop! Don't play this program, play something different.”  When the negative behavior arises, stay on that level and make yourself reverse it.  “Cancel that program, Instead Play something else.” 

You are now making the repetition a pattern.  The more times you do it, the more it begins to set in.  The old program in your brain will no longer “play” because the repetitive pattern will have written over the old pattern.  Your brain will automatically say, “Don't play this program.  Switch to the new one! “

Every time you catch yourself, think “cancel”, you are NOW in the process of repetition…creating the overlaying program that will cancel the old underlying negative program.  Once it gets habituated, you won’t see the behavior anymore since the subconscious will stop the behavior before it manifests.  The repetitive pattern will be your new program. 

So what are you waiting for?  If your brain is telling you this won’t work…now’s the time to begin rewriting those negative thoughts.  Habituation is a fundamental way of rewriting the consequence of negative programming from your subconscious mind.
